• We are committed to keeping customers’ supplier information strictly confidential. Any disclosure of a customer’s supplier information to competitors by any employee of CamboCargo is strictly prohibited.

Protection of Personal Information

• All personal information registered by customers on the website is fully protected. We commit to using this information solely for transactions with customers and for marketing or customer care activities conducted exclusively by cambocargo.com for our customers.

Information Storage Policy

• Customer information (orders, financial data) will be stored on cambocargo.com’s server system.

• The minimum online storage period is six months from the date the information is generated. To ensure system performance, we may need to delete or hide information that exceeds the storage period.

• We record customer actions, activities, and communications while accessing and using our services to ensure transaction security, transparency, and to improve customer service quality.

Automated System Actions

• Automatically change the order status to “Delivered to Customer” two weeks after shipment for orders marked as “In Transit.” This status update is intended to properly track order status and does not affect order data or communications (if any).

• Automatically delete products saved in the shopping cart but not ordered after 30 days.

• Automatically recover outstanding payments for orders with unpaid product costs, shipping fees, service fees, or incorrectly marked “Out of Stock” status.
