Goods Insurance Policy

Customers using the CamboCargo platform who wish to place orders and receive goods in Cambodia will be connected with leading, reputable shipping providers to handle the transportation and customs clearance of goods to the customer.

Goods insurance is a policy provided by the shipping provider and is a mandatory cost if customers choose to receive goods in Cambodia. The China-Cambodia shipping provider is responsible for ensuring that shipments are not damaged or lost during transportation.

In the event that a shipment is confirmed by the shipping provider to be damaged or lost during transit, the provider is responsible for compensating the customer based on the extent of the damage, up to a maximum of the shipment’s value.
