I. Payment Methods

Customers can choose from the following payment options:

  • Customers are required to pay a 70% deposit of the estimated order value as per the provided instructions.

  • Before the order is handed over to the local Cambodian shipping provider, customers must settle the remaining balance of the order.

II. Important Notes

  • 70% Deposit: This is the value of the products listed on the e-commerce platform in China. It does not include service fees, shipping fees, or any other optional charges.

  • Other Fees:

    • Fixed Fees: These include purchase service fees (guaranteeing the goods), international shipping fees from China to Cambodia, and local Cambodian shipping fees.

    • Optional Fees: These include inspection fees, packaging fees (e.g., wood packaging), air cushion packaging fees, and other optional charges.

  • Local Shipping Fees in Cambodia: Customers will receive the goods and make payment directly to the local Cambodian shipping provider.
