Shipping Policy

1. Definition International shipping from China to Cambodia refers to the transportation of goods from China to Cambodia through express delivery and customs clearance based on the customer's requirements, within the estimated time frame.

2. International Shipping Fees The international shipping fees are specified in the service fee table.

3. Shipping Policy

a. Shipping Time

• The shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods leave the CamboCargo warehouse in China to arrive in Cambodia. The estimated international shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard shipping to Phnom Penh: 5 - 7 days

  • Standard shipping to Preah Sihanouk: 5 - 8 days

• The above times are based on normal conditions. In cases where external factors cause delays in customs clearance or shipping, CamboCargo will act on behalf of the supplier to notify the customer.

b. Lost/Damaged Goods During Shipping

• In cases of loss or damage due to factors under the control of the supplier or shipping provider, the customer will be compensated for the full value of the goods affected (up to 100% of the amount the customer has paid).

• Any disputes related to shipping will be resolved according to the Shipping Policy, with the final decision being made by CamboCargo.
