CamboCargo is an e-commerce platform that provides an online platform for transactions between buyers at CamboCargo and sellers in China. This platform offers tools and features that facilitate online buying and selling transactions. CamboCargo currently represents Alibaba Group (specifically domestic e-commerce sites like 1688.com, Taobao.com, and Tmall) in Cambodia, supporting customers in purchasing products directly from Chinese suppliers with numerous features designed to minimize risks, such as supplier ratings, product quality assessments, and product origin verification.

I. General Principles

Members engaging in transactions on CamboCargo must adhere to the principle of free agreement, respecting the rights and interests of all parties, and complying with the law. Products and services must meet relevant legal regulations, and buying and selling transactions must be conducted openly and transparently to ensure consumer rights.

II. General Regulations

• E-commerce Website Name: cambocargo.com

• Partners (Suppliers): Legal merchants and organizations who list products and services on the CamboCargo platform. To sell on the platform, suppliers must sign a cooperation agreement with 1688.com.

• Buyers/Customers: Merchants, organizations, or individuals who wish to shop and explore products and services on CamboCargo. To make a purchase, customers must register an account. Users who register an account on CamboCargo will have the right to create a personal account and purchase products at transparent and publicly displayed prices. All platform regulations comply with the current laws of Cambodia.
