1. Product price (Original price of goods)

1. Goods Price

• The Goods Price refers to the value of the payment made to the supplier (seller).

• This price is listed on the supplier's website.

2. Other mandatory fees

2.1. Domestic shipping fee in China

• It is the shipping fee for transporting goods from the supplier to CamboCargo's warehouse in China.

• During the purchasing process, if the order incurs a domestic shipping fee in China, CamboCargo staff will notify the customer of the exact fee.

2.2. China-Cambodia shipping fee

a. Road transportation rate table

Note:

• For order-based items: To optimize costs for customers, CamboCargo will not charge based on volume or weight, except for oversized orders that cannot be packed into standard packaging.

• We do not accept prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or sensitive items such as batteries, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.

b. Sea Freight Rate Table

Note: The conditions for using the E-commerce Bulk Line shipment are as follows:

• The order contains a single product with a large quantity.

• Not applicable to items that are difficult to ship, sensitive items, or prohibited items.

• The shipping cost will be calculated based on two factors: weight for compact items and volume for bulky items.

• When placing the order, please inform Customer Service to separate Bulk and Small items. If not specified, the order will be automatically calculated with the shipping cost for small orders as mentioned above.

Note:

• This is an optional service designed to reinforce goods and minimize the risk of damage or deformation.

• Customers are recommended to use this service for fragile items or high-value goods, such as: glassware, feng shui items, machinery, and electronic devices.
