You can simply copy the product link from Taobao, 1688, or Tmall, and then paste it into the search bar on CamboCargo to place your order.
This allows you to source any product from Chinese marketplaces even if it’s not directly listed on CamboCargo.

Currently, CamboCargo does not support direct chat with shops.

Can I order a small quantity that is less than the shop’s minimum requirement?
CamboCargo supports both small-lot and bulk orders for shipping from China to Cambodia.
For bulk orders, fees and services are more advantageous compared to single or small-quantity orders.
Even if you order below the shop’s minimum quantity, CamboCargo can assist with purchasing and shipping, ensuring you still receive your products efficiently.
Why are some products on CamboCargo still in Chinese and not translated into Khmer?
Currently, there may be cases where translation errors occur due to the API not returning results correctly or returning incorrect results.
CamboCargo is actively working with 1688.com to fix this issue.

How can I check if a shop or factory is reliable?
From the product link on CamboCargo, you can click on the “View Ratings” section to check:
Reliability score and customer ratings
Years of operation
Number of products sold in the last 3 months
This helps you assess the credibility of the shop or factory before placing an order.

How can I track my order information?
After logging in:
Move your mouse cursor to your account name located at the top right corner of the website interface.
Select “Order Management” from the dropdown menu.
Here, you can view all your order statuses clearly for easy tracking and management.
Is the Flash Sale program the same as on Taobao, 1688, or Tmall?
Yes. The price on CamboCargo matches the prices on the Chinese platforms at the time of purchase.
If Taobao, 1688, or Tmall has a flash sale, customers using CamboCargo will also enjoy the discounted price.
After placing an order, make sure to provide the successful order code so CamboCargo can notify the seller to apply the discount and support your purchase.
I want to communicate with the shop on CamboCargo
In the current version, CamboCargo does not support direct chat between customers and suppliers (NCC).
If you need to check product information, please contact CamboCargo for assistance. CamboCargo will act as a mediator to help you communicate with the supplier and get the necessary information.
