6. Order Management

What are the statuses in the order management section?

• Pending Payment: The order has been placed but payment has not been completed.

• Pending Processing: The order has been successfully paid and is awaiting the shop to accept, process, and package it.

• Pending Shipment: The product has been packaged and is waiting for the local shipping partner to pick up.

• In Transit: The order has been handed over to the shipping partner and will stay in this status until the customer receives the product.

• Delivered: The customer has successfully received the product.

• Refunded: The order was canceled after successful payment, and the payment has been refunded.

• Cancelled: The order was not completed for payment and was canceled by the customer.
