Currently, creating a CamboCargo account does not require a passport or ID card.

Can I create an account without an email?

An email is a mandatory requirement for creating a CamboCargo account. You need to use a valid, active email to register your account.

How can I change the phone number registered on my account?

Please use the same email address that was registered when creating your account and send your request to change the phone number to the email address: "[email protected]". CamboCargo will process and handle the information.

If you forget your username, please contact our Customer Service Department with your phone number and registered email to retrieve the information.

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

  1. In the login section, click on the “Forgot Password” option.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Click "Continue."

  4. Click the link sent to your email.

  5. Create a new password.

  6. Click "Create" and log in again with your new password.
