The costs of an order include what expenses?

The formula for the cost of an order is:

Order Cost = Product Cost + Mandatory Fees + Optional Fees

At the time of purchase, which fees of the order will I know in advance?

At the time of purchasing, you can check the following fees for your order:

• Domestic shipping fee within China (Customer Service will confirm the exact fee during the purchase process).

• Purchase service fee.

• Inspection service fee (if selected).

When will I know the international shipping fee for my order?

The international shipping fee for the order will be updated once the international shipping provider receives the package at the China warehouse and updates the weight and dimensions of the package on the order.

Why does CamboCargo not display the full cost at the time of placing the order, and why are the international shipping fee (VCQT) and the domestic shipping fee in Cambodia updated later?

The display of international shipping fees and domestic shipping fees in Cambodia depends on the actual packaging specifications and weight of the package. The shipping partners update the fees based on the actual weight and packaging specifications. On Chinese e-commerce platforms, the fees are based on the simulated weight and packaging specifications set by the shop. However, in reality, the actual product weight and packaging may not match the simulation displayed on the shop's listing.

How can I use the cargo reinforcement service?

If you would like to use the cargo reinforcement service for your order, simply select the desired service such as Wood Packing or Bubble Wrap in the order section. The shipping company will update the information and process the request upon receiving the goods.
